胃痛時像隻海龜一樣趴在床上，似乎沒那麼痛。

想是中午那兩件赤貝刺身累事。明明飽了，同事嘴饞，還要叫赤貝，她陪著吃，其實並不好此味，因此草草嚼了兩口隨即吞下，回去後整個下午都在痛。

明天得去醫生處拿點胃藥看門口。

There are an awful lot of things that she wished she knew when she was a kid, such as the importance of taking good care of one's teeth.  

I would not have had too much candies as a child.

I would have brushed my teeth diligently twice a day, or more if necessary.  

I would not mind the trouble of using dental floss and mouth wash.  

Then I might have been able to prevent this painful operation of extracting a wisdom tooth.  

She thought remorsefully as she rubbed her throbbing temple, nursing a swollen jaw.

老闆健康似欠佳，每星期總會請一兩天假。

於是今天她在毫無準備之下被吩咐代老闆出席一個會議。

還好只是內部會議，她只需簡短匯報財務狀況，之後靜靜聽著，注意別打呵欠，同時作會議紀錄即可。

可是整個會議上的發言內容儘是ATP、RSP、SPLD、LAMK、COA、NCF、SEN、LSG等等等等的簡稱，她茫無頭緒，困惑十分，心裡暗暗嘀咕－你們到底在說甚麼 X Y Z ？

明知他不可能出現，真不見他心中仍是難免失望。

上週五，文化中心，歌聲伴我心音樂會。

買票時一心只為了聽電影 Les Choristes 中幾首曲目，並沒留意此聖馬可兒童合唱團即彼 Les Petits Chanteurs de Saint-Marc.

Jean-Baptiste Maunier 當然沒來了，他今年都十八歲了，早已是翩翩少年，哪裡還是 petit chanteur？
