Law & Justice ．放下judgement

想寫好音樂和正在讀的好書，但推動美好事物的動力原來遠不及不平則鳴的原始反應。7．1後輿論、傳媒、社會上有很多不同的聲音，而且大都聲大夾惡，但仔細一看，其實無論站在那個立場，大部分的內容都是一種judgement， 即所謂批判――一旦踏上批判的不歸路，將永無寧日――無論是在個人、或社會層次。終於讓我讀到一篇平心而論的文章，它談的是關於僭建如何由一個法律問題而 變了政治議題，僭建成為了社會或部分傳媒或政府新班子咬著不放的一個藉口，僭建變成了人格的批判，由唐英年開始，僭建變成了政治工具，任何事情「政治化是 政治的負面行為，非智者所為，請港人慎之。」（《信報》16日鄭赤琰文章）

一連串揭發僭建事件中，其實包含一個更深層次的矛盾，就是香港一路賴以為基礎 的rule of law（法治精神），逐漸降格至rule by law（依法管治）。英國人管治經驗豐富，將法治精神植根香港，讀Law的人學的是rule of law，在香港長大的我們，習慣了的也是rule of law，也就是說寧縱勿枉，背後是presumption of innocence，即是未到法庭判罪一刻，所有人都是假設無罪的，而不是一旦被扣查，就來一個道德或人格的審判：法庭未判，輿論先做判官，進行人身攻擊。銷量冠軍生果日報最拿手批判，尤其它不喜歡的名人，要不大仁大義 （A叠）要不藐嘴藐舌（動新聞旁述），讀者的留言也充滿批判性，其餘財經地產和副刊才比較中立。如果你稍為熟悉中國歷史，會知道文化大革命的核心，就是基於兩個字：批判，由批判變成批鬥，最後是徹底的破壞，人人都是輸家。

其實十多年前已經有朋友提出rule of law（法治精神）Vs rule by law（依法管治）問題，香港是講法治精神的地方，市民享有高度的自由和基本上是被尊重的，因爲我們尊重自己。但自從一路習慣被嚴法處置的國內人民來香港，既然你沒有寫明「不能大小便」，他便理直氣壯隨處大小便；朋友早已說，香港對人民的尊重和自由，遲早被國內人濫用，最後人人都沒有選擇，而變成一有甚 麼事要拿去打靶懲治，因為大陸慣的就是這一套。香港有法治精神沒有死刑，因為生命誠可貴，人情味其實就是大愛的味道，沒有愛的地方，處處是恐懼，不是你凶 人就是俾人嚇。

香港成為甚麼層次的社會，我們每個人都有這個力量去決定，如果越來越多人失控，那惡法就大條道理出來維持秩序，如果人人自律，惡法仍要上場，道理一定不會站在當權者那邊。變是無可避免的大勢，中港融合也是無可避免的大勢，但如何變每個人都有say，你的層次可以影響社會的層次。

A tough month.
First part was busy but also fun.
Second part is simply hell.
When I'm going through a really hard time I go check the forecast at Astrology's zone.

Here is what it says about June -

Don't worry about not having a vacation in June. The last week of August and the first three weeks of September will offer you a far better, more fun time to go. The Sun will tour your ninth house of international and distant travel at that time, so you'll have a more broadening, exciting experience then. With Mars about to enter your high key tenth house of career status during July and most of August, it would be a shame to be away and out of touch just when so much will be popping for you.

Assuming you do a great job on the assignments that come your way in June, you almost certainly will be up for a new, highly responsible position by the mid-October new moon. That's how companies tell you they are happy to have you on the team - they reward you with more work! No doubt about it, you are entering your most important career weeks of 2012. Progress is almost at hand!"

miu miu: have you missed me?

久違了。
親愛的你，別來可好？
抱歉，終日在微博上留連，荒廢了這裡。
剛玩微博時，如發現新大陸，過了一段時間，又覺得沒甚麼意思。
不同社交媒介各有自己特色。微博的特色是迅速及時，資訊泛濫，言詞淺薄浮誇，嚼舌的人甚多，加上各式審查與廣告，漸令人厭煩。
我也喜歡微博的 anonymity。朋友中用微博的極少，也不存在收到半生不熟的人邀請不好意思拒絕的問題。
從一開始打定主意隱姓埋名，自說自話，極少與人交流，於是可以無所顧忌地宣泄自己的（負面）情緒。
但是，此處有我的朋友，知道這個空間的，都是真正關心我的人，你們百忙中抽空到這裡來，聽我說說話，偶爾留下片言隻語，點滴在心頭。

書寫是一個整理思緒的好方法，今後必須多寫。
